Privacy policy
ChatalyticsLast updated 2026-10-15
Chatalytics is a service of New DAIS. This policy says what data we collect, why, and who we share it with.
Data we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Microsoft or Google, we receive your name and email address. We use them only to sign you in and to find the workspaces you belong to.
- Customer data. Files you upload, data that you connect, the questions you ask, and the answers and models the service makes from them.
- Usage data. Logs of each request: workspace, user, time, and result. The logs do not hold the rows of your data.
How we use data
We use customer data only to provide the service to your workspace. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use it to train models.
Isolation
Each workspace has its own storage, its own encryption key for storage access, and its own processing environment. One workspace cannot read the data of another.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the service and stores your files.
- OpenAI, or the model provider that your workspace chooses, receives your questions and the parts of your data that are needed to answer them.
- Microsoft and Google provide sign-in.
- Stripe processes payments, when billing starts.
Google user data
From Google sign-in we use only your name, email address, and whether Google has verified the email. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, or other Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
We keep customer data while your workspace exists. A workspace owner can ask us to delete the workspace and its data. Sign-in sessions expire after 12 hours.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access keys for each workspace are stored encrypted.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
